On this Friday, your committee will finalize things but it will be in the afternoon and in Chicago.
There will be a few optional events and we need a good count of those interested to properly plan things.
We will send an email this weekend and do a mailing early next week.
The price will be very reasonable and the mailing will have an envelope to send a reply. We would like to hear a Yes or No on your attendance and any updates on your contact information.
We would like prompt replies with payment. There are expenses that have to be covered before the event and it would be appreciated by the committee members who have fronted these expenses to be reimbursed promptly.
